The birth of Teamswell

Teamswell was born out of one co-founder’s terrible experiences finding employees for a rapidly growing business. After multiple unproductive and frustrating attempts to use nearshore employees, he met Isaac Ocampo, based in El Salvador whose local network of Latin American professionals, local knowledge, and detailed recruitment and onboarding process changed the company’s employment trajectory, taking it from 5 to 27 employees in 3 years and creating a new level of performance and competitive advantage.
